Barbers Celebrate 50th Anniversary At Oberlin Inn
Mr and Mrs William Barber of 114 McKinley in Wellington marked their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner on October 3 attended by about 80 guests hosted by their children at the Oberlin Inn They were wed November 14, 1942 at Mt Zion Lutheran Church Spencer Mr Barber a Nationwide Insurance agent for 43 years retired 1982 He is Kiwanis Meals on Wheels driver and golf travel enthusiast Mrs Barber a Literary Club member also enjoys travel and time with grandchildren They have two sons James Barber and David Drage and daughter Lesley Goodman and Patricia Hallam The Drages reside in Elyria and Vermont respectively.
