Car Rolls Over in West River Road Crash Injuring Driver
Robert Gannon, 22, of Lorain, suffered a left arm laceration and bruises when his car skidded on West River road a mile north of Elyria and rolled over at 5 30 p m. He was treated at Elyria Memorial hospital. Jacob Schmitz of Avon received leg bruises while helping push a stalled car when another vehicle struck the station car and him. Don Uhrich reported the incident on Second street near a snow pile. The other driver was Thomas Harris of Riverside Homes. Schmitz declined medical attention. A separate collision on Lodi Street involved Don Yancer and Jack Cavanaugh. Mary Beattie reported damage to her car while parked on Fifth Street Wednesday night.

NORTH RIDGEVILLE Hugh Palmer president of the Ridgeville Board of Education said there is no truth to rumors that part of the Ridgeville High School roof caved in from snow or that the cafeteria flooded requiring the fire department.
