New Jersey Home For The Kollmars Amid Messy Transcription
The text presents a garbled OCR fragment about the Kollmars and Janet Buswell, mentioning locations in New Jersey and various unreadable phrases. It vaguely references a ceremony and names Tar Tat, Newark, and Essex Junior College, but none of these details form a coherent event or clear reporting. The readable elements suggest a biographical or social note rather than a defined news item.
