Accounting Sought In Ridge Hill Cemetery Company Suit
Medora Snyder files in common pleas court seeking an accounting of Ridge Hill Cemetery Company affairs and appointment of a receiver. She alleges ten percent of $500000 trust funds from lot sales—about $50000—was diverted to Ridge Hill Development Company, with secretive actions under Yeager and Bussey causing potential loss to hundreds connected to the cemetery. The petition seeks removal of the cemetery board, voiding certain mortgages, restraining payments by banks, and appointment of a new board and trustees. Yeager calls the allegations a gross misrepresentation and promises a full company statement after review.
