Ex-marine sniper hid bodies to trap more victims in spree

Costumed men rob restaurant in early morning attack

Smoke detector law signed in Ohio high rises

Ohio Gov. Rhodes signed a law requiring automatic smoke detector systems in all existing high rise apartments and condominiums over 75 feet, effective after Jan 1 1978, after a 28 month legislative journey.
