Youth Held to Grand Jury in Theft Case
Freddie L. Pierce, 19, of 223 Melody Sa., Eaton Township, was ordered held to the grand jury after appearing in Elyria Municipal Court before Judge Stephen R. Nagy. He faces charges of stealing guitar equipment on June 18 and a separate theft of lottery tickets, with related charges of receiving stolen property dismissed.

Theft charges dismissed in Akron tractor theft case
The Akron theft case against Lee R. Frasher was dismissed by Judge Stephen R. Nagy in Eliyia Municipal Court. Frasher, a truck driver, was released after appearing in court as deputies said he drove home with a tractor trailer valued at $30,000, having quit his Eaton Township job.
