A four member resident committee led by Robert Wheland will survey Spencer residents on curbing sidewalks and driveway aprons for a proposed project. The plan includes a $7.74 front foot assessment or $5.50 for sidewalks only, with 75 percent village funding for the initial South Main Street proposal. Curbing work depends on resident approval and readings on a resolution. The council also considers hospitalization insurance for all village employees and funding for water plant filter specifications.
