New top man for hospital near Akron

Donald Kellen will step down September 7 as superintendent of Hawthornder Eng as State Mental Hospital near Akron. Tolan, assistant superintendent, named to replace Kellen who will join the Mental Health Center in Cleveland. Official Martin Janis said the move was at Kellen's request and not prompted by the Summit County grand jury probe into hospital conditions.
