HP raises bid to buy 3Par surpassing Dell offer
Hewlett-Packard increases its cash bid to 27 dollars per share or about 1.69 billion for 3Par Inc., topping Dell's 24.30 dollar per share offer. North Ridgeville approves Panera Bread and McDonalds eateries
North Ridgeville plans two new restaurants, Panera Bread at Cook and Lorain roads with a drive through and seating for 160, and a McDonalds at Center Ridge and Avon Belden roads. Panera, designed by Phillips Sekanick Architects, is expected to open spring 2011, while the existing Lorain Road McDonalds and the historic Ridgeview site are noted. Covelli Enterprises will own Panera. The Panera project approved Aug. 10 and headed to City Council in Sept.
