Ohio Highway Patrol reports a stone-hauling truck overturned in a ditch on Russia Road Thursday morning. Driver Brian Jones, 48, of Lorain, was cited for failure to control after he dozed briefly and overcorrected, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway. Dunlap's Towing towed the truck. no injuries, property damage only.
