Elyria Man Faces 12th DUI Charge After Road Rage Incident
Anthony Card, 44, charged with felony DUI and multiple misdemeanors after a July 25 road rage fight. Police say Card, with 11 prior DUI convictions, refused tests, had a suspended license, and was found injured with a Monbetello Long Island iced tea bottle in his car.
