Tropical disturbances brew near Florida and Caribbean

The National Hurricane Center flags two systems near Florida and east of the Caribbean. One disturbance offshore may become a tropical depression or storm as it tracks northward, possibly named Dorian or Erin. A second tropical low near the Lesser Antilles could strengthen into a hurricane with a westward track toward the Caribbean.
