Bush Dukakis debate dispute delays fall schedule
Washington AP reports both campaigns want a debate this fall but cannot agree on dates or venues. Bush says a debate before Sept. 20 is unlikely, while Dukakis demands his Sept. 14 Annapolis forum. Both sides plan to negotiate timing and rules next week.
