North Ridgeville cuts debt with 9.51 million refinance plan
North Ridgeville Schools will save about 2.35 million through refinancing 9.51 million in outstanding Series 2014 bonds, shortening final maturity to 2034 and lowering true interest cost to 1.504 percent with added prepayment options.
