A new library branch plan emerges in LaGrange as Friends of the Keystone LaGrange Public Library organize to support the library. The Vets Park Building on West Street may host renovations later this year while a former Elyria Public Library bookmobile serves Keystone High School as a temporary community library. Membership options range from 15 to 500 dollars, with voting rights for adults and non voting for those under 18. School time updates note Keystone and Midview students return to classes Tuesday. Building a Better Community Committee meets Sept. 10 at Lions Park.
