Avon approves plans for Rose Senior Living near Cleveland Clinic
The Avon Planning Commission approved general development plans for Edward Rose Properties to build a 189,314-square-foot three story senior living facility on 32 acres near Nagel Road and the Cleveland Clinic. Phase 1 includes 175 units with memory care and assisted living. Phase 2 adds 76 town homes. The project costs 30 to 34 million dollars and could begin in October with completion in under two years. partners include Ecumen to run operations and hospice collaborations with the Cleveland Clinic.
