Eaton man accused of head-butting trustee

Eaton Township resident Bruce Black, 78, pleaded not guilty to assault and disrupting a public meeting after a heated trustees session. Stark-Jacobs seek 220 acres for Avon development

Major developers Stark and Jacobs eye about 220 acres owned by Norfolk Southern near Avon’s eastern border for a commercial project. Mayor James Smith said council approval for rezoning is uncertain.
