New 30-foot sign planned at Lorain JVS entrance
Lorain County Joint Vocational School plans a 30-foot sign with eight ad spaces. Advertisers would pay about 500 dollars monthly, funding the endowment. The same endowment will offer 30 scholarships of 100 dollars to incoming students this fall and 60 next year, aiding various programs.
