Special Events Planned at Lorain County Fair
The Lorain County Fair showcases rabbit and beekeeping exhibits plus an agricultural machinery short course. Rabbits show supervised by Lorain County Rabbit and Davy Association with three divisions and ten special awards. bees and honey displays feature baked goods and honey tasting. Machinery display offers daily maintenance lessons. agricultural displays concentrate on Lorain County products with judging starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Theodore Camp of LaGrange serves as president of the Lorain County Agricultural Society board of trustees. He chaired the August 10 dinner meeting where Lorain County Fair plans for its upcoming opening were outlined and he also assists as superintendent of the Speed program. About 1,100 Falls Flax employees in Belfast, Northern Ireland, volunteer to produce 70,000 yards weekly of linens to support export and boost dollars.

The world famous Neechi sewing machine, praised nationwide, will be displayed at the Lorain County Fair starting tomorrow.
