Judge Burge faces scrutiny over missing Whiteacre North disclosures
A Monday filing by Judge Burge acknowledges failures in financial disclosure forms from 2007 to 2012, including not listing Whiteacre North during ownership and debt periods. The disclosures tie Burge to the Smiths and co-owning or benefiting from the company, now under review amid a broader criminal probe into his finances led by Ohio authorities.
