National Jigsaw Puzzle Championships come to Athens
About 260 puzzle solvers gather in Athens for the first National Jigsaw Puzzle Championships organized by the Athens Chamber of Commerce. Hallmark Cards sponsors 500 and 1000 piece rounds with prizes of 1000, 500 and 250 dollars. entrants pay up to 10 dollars. Visitors may see an antique puzzle exhibit while competition highlights the hardest custom puzzles and puzzler strategy.
