Elyria Lorain County commissioners plan to enforce a three minute cap on public comments at weekly meetings following a dispute with Avon Lake attorney Gerald Phillips. Lorain district launches Titan Up attendance initiative
Lorain Schools start the Titan Up attendance program to cut chronic absences defined as missing 18 days in a 180 day year.
