David C. Eisler, who did legal research for John Demjanjuk in his extradition hearing and appeals, filed a federal suit in Cleveland claiming $36,350 in unpaid fees. Eisler says he worked 1,325 hours at $30 each between 1984 and 1986. he has been paid $3,400 so far.
