The SS Lebaron Russell Briggs towed from Sunny Point North Carolina on its last voyage carrying 418 vaults with over 12 500 nerve gas rockets. Rabbits aboard were placed to sense leaks. Wellington girl dies in one car crash
A 19 year old Wellington woman Linda Sue Brill died from chest injuries after a one car crash on Route 58 in Russia Township. She was a passenger in a 1962 sports car driven by Thomas E Burrer who was injured and charged with reckless operation.
