Mrs Cornelia Kalassay wife of Rev Alexander Kalassay appeared in Elyria court to enter not guilty pleas to three indictments for embezzlement of guardianship and administrative funds totaling about 2500. Bond set at 3000 with indemnity company. she signed own bond in two cases at 1000 each. Sheriff had been seeking her on embezzlement charges for six weeks. She denied commenting on the alienation suit against Arthur L Garford.
