Super-Power Aims to Boost Utilities Across St Lawrence
Dabion Pari Mass August 16 The possible development of 4,000,000 electrical horsepower on the St Lawrence River prompts review of how super-power projects affect existing public utilities. Investor Roger W Bubson believes such power could strengthen local companies and aid security owners. The plan would bank power by linking systems and adding water-power output. A single system could cover territory from Boston to Washington.
