Lorain County Prosecutor Video Claims He Pays For Nothing
A one minute video shows Lorain County Prosecutor J D Tomlinson arguing with former employee and girlfriend Jennifer Battistelli. The Chronicle Telegram obtained the clip the fourth such video since July 27. Battistelli’s attorney says he can authenticate it. Tomlinson dismisses the claim and calls it a dispute over a work issue.

Browns rookie Hall faces domestic violence charge
Browns defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. was arrested in Avon after an alleged incident with his fiancée at their Avon home. He allegedly threatened suicide with a gun, pleaded not guilty to domestic violence, posted a $10,000 bond, and faces a court date on September 10. Hall, 21, is a Cleveland native and 2015 NFL draft pick.

Grafton Administrator resigns amid turmoil and barbs
Former Grafton village administrator Joe Price, on paid leave since April 2, resigns amid multiple complaints filed with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and Ohio Ethics Commission by current and former staff. Mayor Charles Duke says the move allows the village to move on while Price claims the accusations are baseless and politically motivated. Price had served nine years and says his resignation was forced in noncompliance with the village charter.
