Gateway project stays on track on budget in Cleveland
The 360 Gateway plan adds a 28.5 acre downtown site with a Cleveland Indians baseball park and Cavaliers arena. The Gateway Economic Development Corp approved a 14.4 million Higley contract despite not being the low bidder and noted costs exceeding projections while overall site prep and construction remain in line. about a third of work yet to bid.
