Columbia zoning board approves changes to neighborhood districts
The Columbia zoning board modified amendments to neighborhood and highway business districts aligning with regional planning guidance. Three proposed changes were heard Aug 5, including replacing current commercial regulation with two districts, creating a recreation district for golf and parks, and rezoning Sprague Road and Route 82 from commercial to residential.
