A new gas well on the Moore Farm near Ridgeville produced 1 150 000 cubic feet daily, with sand shot 60 feet high and pressure forceful enough to challenge spectators. School Board Names New Teachers for Coming Year
The August school board meeting approved appointments for H. C. Maston as superintendent and a slate of instructors. New high school staff include Roy Ulvier of Findlay to teach and coach, and Miss Marl Fre of Columbus in commercial subjects.
