Lorain County jail bookings and warrants update
A series of arrests and warrants are reported across Lorain County. Amanda Brown, 33, was arrested on drug possession linked to heroin and fentanyl and held on a warrant. Devonter Wilkerson, 20, and Nichole Morris, 27, faced bench warrants and custody transfers. Tarrence Scott Sr., 32, was arrested on multiple Elyria warrants. Russell Looman Jr., 59, faced OVI and traffic charges with a history of convictions. Lenny and Amber Santiago were taken on Avon warrants after a traffic stop. Brittany Lottig and Gabrielle Costello faced multiple heroin and cocaine charges after a Route 57 stop.
