Detorre moves to lift federal tax lien in North Ridgeville
In North Ridgeville, a $111,300 IRS tax lien against Frank Dettore’s North Ridge Corp will be lifted after last Friday’s sale of the Convenient Food Mart at 34441 Center Ridge Road and an adjacent 22 unit apartment building on Pitts Boulevard. Dettore expects to complete sales of 10 additional apartment buildings and satisfy back taxes via the title company handling a $1.2 million sale, with proceeds used to pay Social Security and federal taxes from earlier in the year. The lien’s removal would enable Forest Ridge Apartments negotiations and the sale of 10 buildings in the Forest Ridge complex within 60 to 90 days.
