The two Japanese Yoshiyuki Sumiya and Lt Commander Okira Yamaki were not indicted. Farnsworth allegedly obtained code and blueprints during visits to the Navy Department and Naval Academy and transmitted them to Japanese agents at Albany Towers Washington. The conspiracy spanned Jan 1 1933 to July 13 1936 before Farnsworth’s arrest following tips from naval intelligence. He has been jailed since.
