Woman uses diaper in traffic dispute at Fayette County Fair
State police report 23 year old Jessica Hollis of Mount Pleasant harassed another driver by wiping a dirty diaper on the rear window of Melanie Campbell’s vehicle as both left the Fayette County Fair in Dunbar Township. The incident occurred about 10:50 p.m. Saturday. Hollis is charged with harassment and awaits court records.
