Nick Lawwill crowned world champion with Spartans
Nick Lawwill a 2018 Midview graduate and Ashland University Music Education student spent summer as a trumpet player with the Spartans Drum Corps International Spartans winning the Open Class World Championship in Marion Indiana. The Spartans claim their sixth world title. Lawwill joined in November with camps and auditions and endured weeks of rehearsals before a daily summer tour culminating in the title.
