Slaying suspect posts on Facebook before self inflicted death
Elyria police say Leonzo Bufford killed his live in girlfriend Keisha Betton in front of her children then wounded two others before shooting himself. He allegedly posted on Betton and his own pages about emotions cheating and taking his own life. Betton died at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center.

Elyria officer resigns amid internal investigation
Elyria police officer Danielle Goscewski resigned July 29 amid an internal probe that could lead to criminal charges. Lorain OKs Fire Levy Plan for November Ballot
Lorain City Council unanimously approved placing a 1.7 mill fire department levy on the November ballot.
