Norwalk man charged with OVI and fentanyl drugs
Zachary Holtz a 30 year old Norwalk man was charged after a traffic stop on Sunday night. Police said he drove a black Chevy Silverado recklessly then failed a field sobriety test. A search found 44 unused syringes two metal spoons and an uncapped syringe with fentanyl and he admitted using fentanyl about an hour earlier. He also faced charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug abuse instruments.
