An Associated Press weather brief reports showers and scattered thunderstorms with rain and snowfall in varying regions. The update notes active fronts, fluctuating temperatures, and potential winter weather impacts across several locales.
The forecast calls for fair conditions from Wednesday through Friday with high temperatures in the 80s to lower 90s and overnight lows in the 60s. No precipitation is expected and sunny days are anticipated.

Farther south humidity remained high with more sunshine than clouds anticipated.

Parma police say 42 year old Ralph Zmrazek was shot fatally outside his home after brandishing a .22 caliber pistol during a hostage style confrontation. Officer Robert Petrovich was wounded in the knee and another officer fatally stopped the suspect. Petrovich was hospitalized in guarded condition.
Ohio Representative Jerome Luebbers predicts the abortion information bill will encounter a court challenge once it reaches Governor Voinovich. He argues the Senate amendment adding family planning details strengthens the measure, which requires 24 hour advance printed material on fetal development and abortion alternatives. The House and Senate also consider housing financing, budget corrections for the workers compensation agency, and redistricting following the census.
