Demjanjuk lawyers urge US to reclaim citizenship

Lawyers for John Demjanjuk, the Cleveland autoworker sentenced to death in Israel for Nazi war crimes, ask the Sixth Circuit to order the United States to restore his citizenship and bring him back. They contend DOJ withheld evidence showing he was not Ivan the Terrible, and argue the government prosecuted the wrong man.

Infiltrating guerrillas killed in West Bank firefight
