Air pollution alert ends as storms disperse haze in Ohio
An air stagnation advisory lifted as weekend storms cleared the haze across Ohio, except two counties. Rain delayed Western Tennis Championship finals, a crowd disrupted by a rock festival in Cincinnati, and steamy heat eased with relief in several cities. Indiana AP sports editor Steve Herman named to replace Mike Harris, who moves to Cleveland. Rain totals varied with recorded showers in Youngstown and higher temperatures in Cleveland and Akron, with more rain forecast statewide.
