Shiites release Terry's photo vow to punish US
A pro-Iranian Shiite group Islamic Jihad released a photo of US held Terry Anderson and vowed to punish the United States and Saudi Arabia over Mecca pilgrim deaths. The statement, accompanying the image, blamed U S actions for the Saudi melee and warned of consequences. Anderson, AP's chief Middle East correspondent, is the longest held among 25 Westerners missing in Lebanon. His sister Peggy Say said previous pictures appeared staged.
