Cleaver urges Algeria to grant asylum to hijackers
Eldridge Cleaver urges Algeria to continue welcoming American revolutionaries and Afro-American freedom fighters regardless of funds or flow. He argues to Boumedienne that money is needed to finance their struggle and notes hijackers landed in Algiers with a Delta jet and a $1 million ransom as two voodoo group members convicted of murder and jail escape are named in the case.
