Elyrian Found Guilty Council OKs Pistol Field
Elyria area report notes Malcolm Fowl of Oberlin charged after private land on Rt. 113 Elyria was used by the Pistol Team. Price Bros. granted permission to use the field on the south side for practice. Sgt. A H Koppennhafer and David R Goldthorpe cited plans to clear and grade the site. Fowl pleaded innocent to the charge as the site was developed for backfill and to curb dumping of debris.
