A 16 year old in Beavercreek Ohio admitted spiking a math teacher’s coffee with LSD. Tests showed no substance. the teen will receive drug treatment per the attorney. Sentencing was delayed pending test results and their potential impact. Prosecutors did not respond.
NBA star Charles Barkley did not instigate a Cleveland night club brawl and a jury ruled he owes no money to Jeb Tyler who claimed 550000 in damages. Tyler, a New York salesman, testified Barkley punched him during the July 7 1996 incident at The Basement club.
Vincent Doan told The Cincinnati Post he and Clarissa Culberson argued like any couple and he believes she is alive. Prosecutors say he kidnapped and killed Culberson on August 29 to stop her from testifying in an assault case. no body has been found. The trial in Clinton County Common Pleas Court neared closing arguments after defense rested. Debra Culberson testified to domestic abuse and pressed for a guilty verdict and potential death penalty if convicted.
