Elyria Township reports growing use of the Billy Rowland Nature Preserve with walking and biking on trails. Visitors should expect construction through Aug. 10 as Pias Paving completes a 116 000 project covering parking, entrance, exit, and lake driveway. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources may cover half the cost, after prior work totaling 99 200 by Mark Haynes Construction on 3 700 and 5 400 linear feet of trails.
