Spurned renters to get $100,000 at Elyria complex

Elyria couple and the Lorain County Urban League announced a settlement with Lance Stehman owner of the 190 unit Condor Garden Apartments after a federal lawsuit alleging housing discrimination. The agreement includes a $100,000 payment a written apology and the preservation of rental records for two years plus fair housing training for staff.
