Rapist given probation five years supervision
James Wamsley 33 of Foster Ave pleaded guilty to gross sexual imposition involving a girl under 13. Dickerson and four others arrested for drinking in Lorain park
James Dickerson executive director of the Lorain Welfare Action Center was arrested with four others in Lakeview Park after police observed an open beer in a car. Also arrested were the car owner Dennis O'Brien and three others for disorders and open flasks. a 17 year old girl was released to parents. Dickerson recently pleaded guilty to welfare fraud. Funding for the agency was cut by the Lorain County Board of Mental Health and Mental Retardation.
