At St Hubert Quebec on August 1 the dirigible R-100 landed at 4 36 a m after 78 hours 51 minutes aloft from Cardington England circling above St Hubert airport through storms in the St Lawrence valley with a torn tail fin. The mooring mast was winched up and the ship anchored as customs and medical examiners boarded. Squadron Leader Booth and crew then connected cables and the ship was secured to the new mast.

New Bridge To Be Built On Route 82
