Lorain County Children Services director resigns after 18 years
Gary Crow will leave as director of Lorain County Children Services June 30 after 18 years leading the agency. The resignation followed a turbulent period with budget cuts and staff layoffs, amid questions about case management and a high profile neglect case involving seven children in Lorain. Crow cited no reason and did not comment after the announcement to the board on April 10.
