Elyrian Held to Grand Jury in Theft Case
Elyria man Norman Gunter 24 of 804 Purdue Ave pleaded innocent in Elyria Municipal Court on a charge of receiving stolen property. A grand jury was ordered after a warrant signed by Holmés E Harmon alleged a shotgun bought from Gunter on April 4 later proved stolen the same day, according to Elyria police.
